Red Swamp Crayfish (Procambarus clarkii) scientific trials were completed and published in the Journal of Survey in Fisheries Sciences. The trials were in Akuamaks RAS2000M1 recirculated aquaculture research system which we commissioned in 2015 at Ankara University Faculty of Agriculture Fisheries Engineering Department. Red Swamp Crayfish, is listed as the 2nd most grown species among arthropods (crustacea) cultivated worldwide (Source: FAO 2020 statistics).
